Today, in modern Skoutari, the heart of the harvest still beats strong. Beneath the same gnarled olive branches, families gather as their ancestors once did, carrying forward a tradition older than memory — a golden thread of oil weaving together Vorthona, later Asine, and the village that rises above the shimmering sea today.
Skoutari Gold
Born in a small coastal village in southern Peloponnese, Skoutari Gold is crafted by local Skoutari farmers whose families have tended the same olive trees for generations.
Olives are hand-harvested early and pressed the same day to preserve freshness, character, and purity. The result is a vibrant extra virgin olive oil with notes of green olive, wild herbs, and a gentle peppery finish.
